Where it is
The project is planned near the Loop 101 and Bell Road in North Scottsdale, close to the Airpark and the WestWorld area.
What it is
Elite Garages is 32 privately owned garage suites. Each one is individually deeded, so you own it like a condo, and you can use it for cars, collections, a workshop or a place to hang out. The suites have ceilings around 22 feet, and owners share a private clubhouse with a kitchen, restrooms and event space.

Who's behind it
The developer is Platinum Advisors, an Arizona commercial real estate firm led by Jim Riggs. The firm is also behind Cartique, another car-focused project in Scottsdale.
The timeline
- Now: Reservations are open
- December 2026: Construction is expected to begin
- Late 2027: Completion planned
Why it matters
Garage condos appeal to car collectors and people who own toys their HOA won't let them keep at home. For a lot of buyers, the right extra storage nearby means they can buy the house they love instead of the one with the biggest garage.
