Time Mission Is Bringing Its First Arizona Location to North Scottsdale

North Scottsdale is getting a new place to take the kids, the in-laws or the office team. Time Mission, a challenge arcade brand with locations open or planned in cities like Boston, Dallas, Houston and Nashville, is opening its first Arizona location at Sonora Village.

Where it is

Time Mission is going into Sonora Village at 15745 N. Hayden Road, just south of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard near the Loop 101. It's the same center that added Akamaru and bb.q Chicken this year.

What it is

Think escape room meets arcade. The space is about 10,000 square feet with more than 25 themed game rooms built around time-travel missions. Teams of two to five wear wristbands, dodge lasers, crack codes and race the clock, and you can play rooms in any order and replay them for a higher score. Sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and it's designed for ages 6 and up.

Who's behind it

LOL Entertainment, the local franchise group that runs the Museum of Illusions and Cluville Kids Escape Room in Scottsdale, is bringing it here.

The timeline

The announcement came in October 2026. Build-out is expected to start in 2027, with the opening planned for late spring or summer 2027. That's a little past the six-month window, but the work on the space starts inside it.

Why it matters

North Scottsdale has plenty of golf and great restaurants. What it has fewer of is indoor things to do with kids in July. Places like this are small, but they're part of what makes a neighborhood easy to live in, and buyers with families notice.

Living near Sonora Village

The neighborhoods around Hayden and Frank Lloyd Wright put you close to the 101, the Airpark and a lot of everyday shopping. If you're thinking about buying or selling in the area, text me at 480.906.3831.
