Daniel is a fantastic realtor and I really could not recommend him enough. I was a buyer and he made himself available for all questions throughout the process and even afterwards since there was an error with the title company. He was observant through showings and asked the right questions to help us make an informed decision for our family. He is personable and kind but also knows exactly how to negotiate based on data and can be firm when required. I will definitely use him if I purchase again or when I sell. His commission was well worth it as it was earned back during negotiations. He stays well informed on micro and macroeconomic trends and is overall a great realtor and great guy.
