Atavia at One Scottsdale: 88 Luxury Condos With First Move-Ins This Winter

Most new condos in North Scottsdale are big towers. Atavia went the other way: 88 homes spread across 14 four-story buildings, with private garages and individual entries. The first residents are expected to move in this winter.

Where it is

Atavia is part of the One Scottsdale master plan by DMB, north of the Loop 101 and east of Scottsdale Road. You're minutes from Kierland, the Scottsdale Quarter and the Airpark, and right off the freeway.

The homes

Two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts from 1,570 to 3,015 square feet
10-foot ceilings
Private two-car garages and individual entries
Private elevators and rooftop decks of up to 570 square feet in select homes
Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and Italian cabinetry

Prices run from about $860,000 to $1.7 million.

The amenities

A 5,000-square-foot clubhouse anchors the community, with a resort-style pool and spa, a fitness center, a private indoor and outdoor yoga studio, a golf simulator, lounges, an outdoor fireplace, grilling areas and courtyards.

Where it stands

The first phase is under roof and close to sold out, and the second phase is fully released for sale. The developer, Chicago-based Belgravia Group, said in April that construction was on schedule for initial move-ins by winter 2026. Cambridge Properties is handling sales.

Who it fits

Atavia works for two kinds of buyers I talk to a lot. Downsizers who want a private garage and no yard work, and professionals who want to be close to the 101 corridor, where ASM's new North American headquarters opens next year.
